What we collect, what we don't, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Our free tools run entirely in your browser. When you use the payroll calculator, the onboarding checklist, or the insights page, your salary figures and inputs never leave your device — there is no server-side calculation, no account, and nothing is stored or transmitted to us.
The only personal data we receive is what you deliberately send us: your name, email, and message via the contact form or by emailing us directly.

Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. We use it solely to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to carry out that work.
Analytics data. If enabled, we use Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and interaction patterns. This is aggregate and behavioural; we do not use it to identify you personally.
What we never collect. We do not collect the salary figures, employee data, or any values you enter into our free tools. Those are computed locally in your browser and discarded when you close the page. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Vercel hosts this site and processes standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) as part of delivering it.
Web3Forms relays contact form submissions to our email. Your submission passes through their service.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, where enabled, process usage analytics. Unsplash serves some images from its CDN.
Each of these operates under its own privacy policy.
We set no cookies of our own. Where analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies or use similar storage to measure usage. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site and all tools will continue to work normally.
Contact enquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the working relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default retention period. Tool inputs are never retained, because they are never received.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the NDPR, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Email welcome@trippintegrated.com and we'll action it. Since the only data we hold is the correspondence you sent us, this is usually straightforward.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle personal data will be reflected here before they take effect.
