What kind of projects do you take on?

Custom software, mobile and web apps, IT systems and consulting, and automation. Our roots are in HR and payroll systems, but we're not limited to that. We take on work across industries. If it's software that a business depends on, it's in scope.

Do you only work with HR and payroll companies?

No. HR and payroll is where our deepest domain knowledge sits, which is why our free calculator is accurate where most aren't. But the engineering applies anywhere: internal tools, fintech, dashboards, integrations, automation. HR is our anchor, not our ceiling.

How much does a project cost?

It's scoped per project. We don't publish fixed prices because a two-week internal tool and a six-month platform aren't comparable. After an initial conversation about what you're solving, you get a clear written scope with what gets built, how long it takes, and what it costs. No surprise line items.

It depends entirely on scope, and we'd rather tell you honestly after understanding the problem than quote a number that sounds good and slips. We deliver in stages you can see and use as they're built, so you're never waiting months to find out whether it's on track.

Can you work with our existing systems and team?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of our work involves integrating with software a business already runs rather than replacing everything. That includes internal tools, payment providers, accounting software, and existing databases. We'll also work alongside your team rather than around them.

Why is the payroll calculator free?

Accepted Answer

Because it's the most honest demonstration of how we build. It's accurate to the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 (most calculators online still use the repealed PITA bands), it requires no signup, and it costs you nothing. If it's useful, you'll have a reason to trust us with something bigger. That's the whole strategy.

Is the calculator's tax logic actually up to date?

Yes. It implements the Nigeria Tax Act 2025: the 0% band up to ₦800,000, itemized reliefs (pension, NHIS, rent relief capped at ₦500,000/year), and the current 15–25% bands. It does not use the abolished Consolidated Relief Allowance. Pension, NHIS, NHF, ITF, and NSITF are modelled with their real legal nuance, including that NHF is optional for private-sector employees since the Business Facilitation Act 2022.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

We're based in Nigeria and work with Nigerian businesses primarily, remotely by default. Being local matters here: the tax law, the statutory bodies, the payment rails, and the way HR actually runs are all things you have to have lived to build for correctly.
